Walking, running, lifting weights, doing chores – it’s all good. Regardless of what you do, regular exercise and physical activity is the path to good health and well-being. Exercise burns fat, build muscle, reduces cholesterol, eases stress and anxiety, lets us sleep restfully.
The Beginners Circle.
Start with just a few minutes of exercise at a time. Any activity is better than none, and that helps your body slowly get used to being active. The goal is to work up to a 30minute workouts to get the full benefits of exercise. If it’s more convenient to do 15 minutes in the morning and 15minutes at night, that’s fine. Just get it in. Each action by itself may not seem like much, but they eventually will add up. There are two advantages for this split:

After doing this for several weeks, you would start looking forward to exercising because it fits your schedule. You would start having more energy, and the compliments will eventually start rolling in!
Fitness Plateau.
Hitting a fitness plateau can be frustrating, but it’s a positive sign that you are making progress in your program. Now it’s time to take it to the Next Level. Hitting your fitness plateau doesn’t mean that you have reached your physical limits. Reassessing your training, nutrition, and recovery can address anything that’s holding you back and help you push thru it.
